At the heart of my care is the belief that you should feel in control of your birth, trust your body, and feel deeply supported, no matter how your birth unfolds. My role is simply to help facilitate that.

Birth Doula

The Grounded Birth Experience

Birth is your experience, and my role is to help you feel informed, prepared, supported, and confident as you move through pregnancy, birth, and the early hours with your baby. Together, we prepare ahead of time so you and your partner can enter birth with a care plan designed around your needs, preferences, and vision for your birth.

Birth Package

I provide continuous support during labor and birth, offering emotional and physical support, comfort measures, encouragement, and guidance for you and your partner. I use natural comfort and pain-relief techniques, including acupressure, the rebozo, and birth combs, to help you find what feels most supportive throughout labor.

After your baby arrives, I remain with you for up to three hours to help you settle into those first precious moments together. I also provide hands-on breastfeeding support, prioritizing early skin-to-skin and helping you and your baby begin your feeding journey together.
