At the heart of my postpartum care is the belief that you should feel cared for, supported, and confident as you recover, trust your instincts, and find your rhythm as a new family.

Postpartum Doula

Setting Roots

Postpartum is a time of healing, learning, and finding your rhythm as a new family. My role is to make sure you are cared for while you and your partner learn how to care for your baby and one another. I offer individualized, hands-on support focused on rest, recovery, nourishment, newborn care, feeding, and helping you feel confident in your new role as a parent.

My goal is to help you discover what works for your family. I support Mama’s healing and recovery, make space for rest and nourishment, and help you and your partner feel comfortable and confident caring for your baby. I also support connection through skin-to-skin, feeding, and those early moments of getting to know your baby.

I’m here to help, assist, and teach as you find your own rhythm. Whether you need support with newborn care, breastfeeding, postpartum healing, overnight rest, or simply an extra set of hands, care is tailored to what you and your family need in the moment.

Prenatal Visits

Over the course of our prenatal visits, we’ll get to know each other, discuss your postpartum care preferences, and prepare for your transition into life with your baby. We’ll also cover breastfeeding education, feeding preferences, pumping and bottle feeding, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and learn skills that can support you during those early weeks with your baby.

Night Support

Overnight support gives you and your partner the opportunity to rest while I care for your baby and help with the needs of your family. I can assist with newborn care, feeding, settling, and creating a calm environment so you can focus on rest and recovery.

Lactation Support & Education

I offer hands-on breastfeeding support and education to help you understand your baby’s cues, find comfortable feeding positions, and feel supported as you find your own rhythm with feeding.

I also provide guidance and hands-on assistance with pumping and bottle feeding when needed, helping you feel comfortable with the feeding methods that work best for you and your baby.

Bengkung Belly Binding

Bengkung belly binding is a traditional postpartum practice that uses a long piece of cloth to gently wrap and support the abdomen after birth. It can be incorporated into your postpartum care as a comforting and grounding part of your recovery, based on your preferences and needs.
