I’m a birth and postpartum doula, and I’m honored to support your family with individualized, intentional care.

At the heart of my approach is MamaBaby! The understanding that a mother and her baby are deeply connected, and that caring for one supports the other. I offer intentional emotional and physical support to help mama feel safe, heard, informed, and confident, while creating space for connection and bonding with her baby.

Before birth, I offer prenatal education and preparation to help you enter birth and postpartum feeling informed and prepared. Together, we create a care plan designed around you, your family, and your individual needs.

I believe birth and postpartum are shared experiences, and I’m here to care for, guide, and empower your support system as you welcome your baby into your family.

Alongside my doula work, I offer Lactation Support and Education, offering guidance and reassurance as you find your own rhythm in your feeding journey.
